Key Roles
Change Management Owner - This role can be filled by various technical positions such as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Security Officer. The role is not tied to a specific job title but rather to the responsibility of overseeing changes.
Incident Manager - This is a temporary role assigned to the person responsible for managing a specific incident. It is not a permanent position.
