How to setup a custom domain for Trust Center

Setup Custom Domain

  1. Navigate to your Trust Center settings

  2. Enter your desired custom domain. For example: trust.yourcompany.com

  3. Add a CNAME DNS record in your domain provider's settings:

    • Type: CNAME

    • Name/Host: trust (or your chosen subdomain)

    • Value/Target: trust.datagraphs.com

  4. Click the "Test" button to verify your configuration

Note: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to fully propagate across all DNS servers worldwide. If you receive an error when testing your configuration, wait a few minutes and try again. If it is still not fix, just try to open the custom domain manually in your browser, the propagation will take some time.

Usage

Once the DNS propagation is complete, your Trust Center will be accessible via your custom domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com). SSL/TLS certificates are automatically generated and managed for your custom domain, ensuring secure access for your visitors.
