Setup Status Page

1. Navigate to Compliance > Status Page in your Bastion dashboard

2. Create your status page with static status indicators for your services

3. Configure which services you want to display on the status page

4. Set the initial status of your services (typically "Operational")

Usage

The recommended approach is to use a static status page where you manually update the status of your services. This gives you full control over your communication and helps avoid false positives that might occur with automated monitoring.

When using the status page:

• Keep services marked as "Operational" during normal conditions

• Manually update the status when you experience genuine service disruptions

• Use the status page as a transparent communication channel with your customers during outages
